1 • Wash and scrub the skin of your sweet potato.
2 • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prep a baking sheet.
3 • Prick sweet potato with a fork all around it and bake for about 45 minutes.
4 • Let the sweet potato cool and then add on the toppings!
