• 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR SIMPLE SYRUP
• ¾ CUP OF LIGHT RUM
• 3 TBSP OF FIG TAMARIND JAM
• 10 MINT SPRIGS
• ⅓ CUP OF LIME JUICE (1-2 LIMES)
• CLUB SODA AND ICE
• 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR SIMPLE SYRUP
• ¾ CUP OF LIGHT RUM
• 3 TBSP OF FIG TAMARIND JAM
• 10 MINT SPRIGS
• ⅓ CUP OF LIME JUICE (1-2 LIMES)
• CLUB SODA AND ICE
1 • Combine FIG TAMARIND JAM and all freshly torn mint sprigs to a glass and muddle.
2 • Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3 • Add ice and shake, shake, shake it up!
4 • Pour into two glasses and top them off with club soda.
5 • Garnish with a lime slice if you so desire. Enjoy!
