INGREDIENT LIST

1 LB PORK SAUSAGE

1 JAR OF RASPBERRY JALAPEÑO JAM

• 2 JALAPEÑOS, CHOPPED

• 1 BOX PUFF PASTRY (2 SHEETS)

• 1 EGG (FOR EGGWASH)

STEPS

1 • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2 • Add the sausage, 4 Tablespoons of Raspberry Jalapeño Jam, and chopped jalapeños to a medium bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
3 • Unwrap sheets of puff pastry and place on a floured surface.
4 • Cut puff pastry into strips, approximately 4” in width.
5 • Section the sausage mixture down the center of puff pastry strips.
6 • Fold pastry over and press seam to seal. Place on baking sheet.
7 • Beat egg in a small bowl and brush egg wash over puff pastry.
8 • Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces (about 2 inches).
9 • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
10 • Dip finished sausage rolls into Raspberry Jalapeño Jam.
