• 2 TEASPOONS SALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
• 2 SLICES OF PREFERED BREAD, 1/4-INCH THICK
• 4 OUNCES HAVARTI CHEESE, SLICED
• 4 LEAVES OF SPINACH
1 • Preheat skillet over medium heat.
2 • Generously butter one side of a slice of bread.
3 • Place bread, butter-side-down, onto skillet and add havarti cheese, spinach and a dollop of Sweet Wino Onion Jam.
4 • Butter one side of a second slice of bread and place, butter-side-up, on top of sandwich.
5 • Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
