Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp olive oil
lime juice (1 lime)
salt + pepper to taste
1 tbsp Raspberry Jalapeño jam
fresh spring/arugula mix
sugar snap peas
1 whole avocado
cucumber
grilled chicken breast or protein of choice
crumbled goat cheese
poppy seeds
• Add all vegetables/fruit in the bowl. Mix together olive oil, lime juice, and Raspberry Jalapeño jam. Combine dressing, salad, and enjoy!
